What we’re about

One of my goals for 2025 is to get fitter. Getting fit(ter) is more fun I find when I’ve got people around me. This group is for like minded people who are also looking to start or continue their fitness regime. It will involve walks, swimming or gym visits if anyone’s interested (I belong to Pure Gym Bitterne) and fun things like bowling - every little helps.

And there will also be monthly social event too, or a couple of drinks somewhere after a walk.
