Thank you for visiting our group fitness training courses and let us explain a little bit about this program and how to book.

Firstly, as we have over 20 locations, this can only be booked via our website www.fitnessbootcamp.ie. The upcoming locations are Ashbourne, Bray, Cabinteely, Castleknock, Clonee, Clontarf, Fairview, Glasnevin, Harolds Cross, Kimmage, Lucan, Malahide, Maynooth, Milltown, Naas, Portmarnock, Raheny,Rathfarnham, Sandymount, Stillorgan, Swords and Walkinstown.

Our courses are generally done over a 6 or 10 week period and it is a one time payment for all members. All courses start on Mondays and Tuesdays each week depending on the location. Times and start dates are all on our website.

Our Fitness Bootcamp classes are a fun and exciting group workout for Men and Women of all ages and all fitness levels. These classes are generally an hour long, twice weekly and consist of a mix of exercises from strength training, HIIT workouts, core work, cardio and everything in between.

You can expect an enjoyable full body challenge that will leave you feeling exhilarated by the end of class. All you need for our classes is water and a small bag for your belongings. Some members bring a mat but it's not compulsory.

Once you book in for a Bootcamp class, our team will be in touch via email requesting some more details from you. You will receive a text a day before your class starts with all the meeting and location details.

Places are limited on each course and once a course date goes full it will be removed from our website.
