This weekly class is held on Mondays at 10:30am (on Zoom) and Wednesdays at 1:15pm (in person) and is designed for all levels of fitness. It focuses on improving your muscle definition, balance and flexibility using elements of Yoga, Pilates and standing poses. Please have ready a sturdy chair, a non-slip floor mat and 1-3 lb hand weights. Resistance band and yoga block optional.
For Zoom, $7 registration is due before each class (or $42 for 6 weeks), payable via Zelle, Venmo, check or cash. To register, please email me at kathy@dancingkathy.com.
