Aloha friends! I'm a Pilates instructor from Japan.
Pilates is a workout which concentrates on strengthening the inner muscle with an emphasis on your posture, balance, and flexibility. In the class, we will do POP Pilates which we enjoy full-body workout while using cardio, pair workout etc. Let's enjoy park pilates with beautiful nature.

ピラティスは、姿勢、バランス、柔軟性を中心にインナーマッスルを強化することに重点を置いたトレーニングです。クラスでは、アップテンポな洋楽に合わたLA発の「POPピラティス」を行い、楽しく全身の筋肉のトレーニングを行います。
