Fit Team training is for anyone looking to challenge themselves, improve their health, reach a weight loss goal, and have fun working out in a positive energetic group atmosphere. Fit Team training combines weight training, cardio, plyometrics, and core exercises to create a full body, high intensity functional fitness experience. In just one hour you will complete a workout that will increase your energy and endorphin levels to conquer every day and have you feeling great!
