Join us for a yoga session with your partner, friend or just yourself. This workshop is centered towards connection. You can reconnect with your partner, a friend or yourself. There will be a sound bowl session as well followed by light refreshments. Everyone is leaving with a gift. Session led by FVF’s yoga instructor Elizabeth. This is a paid event.
