Pilates in the Park

A fun flowing Pilates workout. All levels welcomed. Modifications offered; you are welcomed to bring whatever you need for your workout, blocks, blankets, cushions. Also bring a mat, water and open hearts to foster a community of positive energy and fitness fun.
