Dragon's Way Qigong® looks at the body from the angle of Qi. We all have access to personal resources that lead us towards greater states of wellbeing, and creativity.

In our six weeks together, we work to experience more Qi, or energy. Maybe you’ve had the experience of healing from a bruise. This is a small example of the body’s innate power. We’ll begin the first class by talking about this power, Qi, and what it means in modern life. Each week we’ll learn the Dragon’s Way Qigong movements, which tend to be gentle and relaxing.
