If you are looking for an evening reset from a long day or a long week. Come join a Qigong session to help alleviate the stress from within by practicing breath and movement synchronization.

We are now getting closer to summer which is a great time to begin working with our Yin heart meridian channel and Yang meridian channels; triple warmer, the pericardium and small intestine organs, which are connected with the fire element. The heart is said to hold the 'shen' aka the spirit but also the emperor of all the other organs. The heart is emotionally affected by heartbreak, overexcitement, manic thoughts, anxiety and stressful behaviors. During this series I would like to work on practices which enhance our inner self-awareness to produce harmony within.

This Wednesday class will be offered during the hours of sunset to help calm the soul. The class will be offered once a month for the summer series. I hope you can join a class this summer! :)
