Five-minute mindfulness before the workday

Join me for a short, five-minute mindfulness session to prepare you for the workday and week ahead. The online meeting will start at 8:25 to allow everyone to get settled, and at 8:30, I will start a guided meditation to help you relax, build your confidence, and allow you to be your best self throughout the rest of your week.
We won't be talking together, so you don't need to feel awkward if you are the only one on the call.
This is a mindfulness session, not spiritual meditation. You'll never be asked to "clear your mind."
