Join me for a short, five-minute mindfulness session to close the work week and help you disconnect before your weekend. The online meeting will start at 17.55 to allow everyone to get settled, and at 18.00, I will start a guided mindfulness session to help you relax, disconnect from work, and allow you to enjoy your evening.

We won't be talking together, so you don't need to feel awkward if you are the only one on the call.

This is a mindfulness session, not spiritual meditation. You'll never be asked to "clear your mind."
