What's the Five-Nine Club?

We're Southampton's social for solo workers. Created by two freelancers, we organise social events for the city's self-employed, solo workers or those of you who just don't have a social workplace. This is all about having fun and meeting new people, no business cards required!

About this event:

If you haven’t been axe throwing before, this is your sign. And if this isn’t your first time at an axe throwing rodeo, you know how much fun we’re in for. We’re staging a Five-Nine takeover of the whole venue, so everyone will be a freelancer or solo worker and we’re all there to
meet new people in Southampton.

We’ll kick off by being taught a few axe throwing techniques by the wicked Black Axe team, then we’ve got some throwing time before the competition begins. Let’s all practice our not-at-all-annoyed gracious loser faces in advance.

Axe throwing is a low-alcohol activity for obvious reasons! Your first drink is included, with non and low alcoholic options available.
