When we announced our Celebrity Takeover Jazz series earlier this year, we honestly didn’t know what to expect. What we got was a room full of dancers who left buzzing — and a flood of messages asking when it was happening again.
So here’s your answer: twice.
Five6Seven8 is bringing back the Fosse-Inspired Jazz Workshop on 9 May 2026 and 26 September 2026, both running from 10:30 to 12:30. Same duo. Same sharp, slick, unmistakably Fosse energy. And if you missed the first one — this is your chance to see what everyone’s been talking about.
### What the workshop covers
In 90 minutes, Kiruna and Hugo take you through the core of what makes Fosse’s choreography so iconic: the isolations, the precision, the theatrical cool that’s influenced decades of musical theatre and film. Whether you’ve been dancing for years or just want to understand what all the Broadway fuss is about, this class is designed to meet you where you are.
Expect to work on Fosse-inspired technique and isolations, musicality and performance quality, confidence-building choreography — and a Q&A with both instructors about life on stage and screen.
Come dressed in all black. You’ll understand why the moment you walk in.
### About Kiruna & Hugo
Kiruna Lind has performed in some of the most celebrated productions in the world, from The Phantom of the Opera on world tour to Mamma Mia!, Saturday Night Fever, and most recently, Roxie Hart in Chicago The Musical. She’s also a singer-songwriter and voice artist, with a performance instinct that’s impossible to fake.
Hugo Madeleyn brings a wealth of stage and screen experience — from Chicago The Musical on national and international tours to TV credits like 7de Laan and As Jy Sing — alongside a genuine specialty in Fosse-style teaching. If you want to learn this style properly, there are few better people to learn it from.
