Hike Event! Granite Mountain Hotshots Memorial Trail

This is a special trail I've been wanting to do for a while now - in honor of all firefighters and especially the hotshot firefighters that work hard to fight fires and provide wildfire management.

The Hotshots Trail is in Yarnell Arizona and roundtrip about 6.5 miles. This trail hits an elevation of 1715 feet - there is no shade and rocky in some areas. Know your abilities and come prepared with plenty of water, snacks and whatever else you need.

Every effort will be made to keep people together as a group, however you should be prepared to be able to navigate in the event that you get separated from the group. Please bring lots of water, snacks, appropriate hiking shoes, hiking poles if desired, sunscreen, a rain shell, and a good hiking spirit.
