Winter activity suggestions, please.

I'm looking for suggestions on winter activities. What do YOU want to do? The more information you provide the easier it will be for me to create an event.
For example,

Good: I want to go skiing.
Better: I want to go cross country skiing.
Best: I want to go cross country skiing at 900 AM Saturday December 27 on Schultz Pass Road. Meet at the parking spot by the gate.

Or, I want to hike the Bell Trail in The Verde Valley, time, and date.
