Crystal Bowl Soundbath - Relaxation
What This Is
A gentle, one-hour soundbath using quartz crystal singing bowls only, followed by a short therapeutic percussion sequence to reawaken. If you’re not sure what a soundbath is, see our Group Description for the full “how it works” and why it helps.
What to Expect
- Doors open at 7:00pm so you can arrive slowly, relax, and meet the other Soundies. The first half hour is for settling in: choose your place in the room, shoes off, a friendly hello to the person beside you.
- We begin at 7:30pm. Please aim to arrive by 7:20pm.
- Because of the nature of the session, no late entry once the soundbath begins.
- The soundbath includes 50–55 minutes of live crystal bowls, followed by 3–5 minutes of gentle percussion to bring you back.
- Afterwards, there’s unhurried time to gather yourself and leave in your own rhythm. The circle is opened for relaxed conversation and community-building — totally optional.
What to Bring/Wear
- Comfy clothing (maybe not jeans). Belts come off with your shoes.
- Optional: water bottle (filtered water in glasses is provided), eye covering, warm socks.
- We provide kapok mats, blankets and pillows. You’re welcome to bring anything of your own if you prefer.
Good to Know
- Doors: open 7:00pm, close 7:25pm. No late entry.
- Refunds: if you miss the door close, there are no refunds. However, we’ll happily issue a one-time rebook code so you can attend another date (subject to availability).
- Session type: this is Relaxation (no guided reflection segment).
- Contraindications: not suitable for first-trimester pregnancy, those with a pacemaker, or a history of sound-induced seizures. If unsure, message me first.
