Have you ever dreamed of performing Sevillanas in front of an audience? This unique 5-week Performance Course is designed for dancers who already have a solid foundation in Sevillanas and are ready to take the next step from the studio to the stage.
Rather than learning new Sevillanas choreography, this course is dedicated to transforming you into a confident performer. Throughout the rehearsals, you will refine a carefully choreographed performance piece while developing the skills that bring flamenco to life in front of an audience.
Working in a supportive and encouraging environment, you will improve your:
- Musicality and interpretation
- Partner work and group coordination
- Stage presence and confidence
- Spatial awareness and formations
- Performance technique and projection
- Expression, elegance and connection with the audience
Under the guidance of professional flamenco dancer and teacher Maika Jiménez Blanco, you will experience the excitement of rehearsing as a performance company, learning how to work together as an ensemble while polishing every detail of the choreography.
The course culminates in a live performance at the Danceworks Showcase at The London Oratory School Theatre on Saturday 24 October 2026—an unforgettable opportunity to celebrate your progress and share your passion for Sevillanas with family, friends and fellow dance lovers.

Level: Improvers (recommended for students who have previously attended Sevillanas Improvers or Level 2 classes).
