Have you ever wanted to try Flamenco?
Come and discover the passion, rhythm and energy of this beautiful Spanish art form with Flamenco with Maika at The Factory Fitness & Dance in Finsbury Park.

For this special FREE taster class, Maika will introduce you to some of the foundations of Flamenco, including posture, arms and hands, rhythm and footwork, in a warm, welcoming and supportive environment.

No previous Flamenco or dance experience is needed. Whether you've always wanted to try Flamenco or you're simply looking for a different way to move, express yourself and have fun, you are very welcome.

Maika is a Spanish Flamenco teacher from Madrid and founder of Flamenco with Maika, with the motto “Flamenco for everyone”. Her classes focus not only on Flamenco technique but also on confidence, self-expression, enjoyment and creating a supportive community.
