✨ Our Beginners ✨ sessions are primarily focused at those new to the sport, playing.

🏸This session will aim to get you up to speed with the basics of badminton, with a split between drills, movement exercises, and gameplay. It's a great place to start!

🌈 This session is suitable for new players from the LGBTQ+ community and allies.

General FAQ:

• Booking required on BSport (Link above)
• Feather/Hybrid Shuttlecocks provided.
• We can lend you a badminton racket if you don't have one.
• Free parking available in courtyard outside the Sports Hall

What to bring:

• Non-marking, light soled sports shoes needed to be allowed on court.
• Water bottle or sports drink
• Sports Towel, you will sweat
