2019 FlavorPantry Meet and Greet

I'm looking to reboot this group so launching with a simple meet and greet. Recently I've been interested in how properly using salt can enhance our cooking so I'll bring some samples - Fleur De Sel, Sel Gris, Flake Salt along with perhaps a few smoked varieties - for tasting. I'll also bring some of the most interesting new cookbooks I've discovered related to cooking for flavor like SALT, FAT, ACID, HEAT for discussion.
