David Rogers is a respected thought leader in the area of mobile learning and development and serves as the CEO for the social enterprise Allogy (http://www.allogy.com), which provides mobile learning solutions for students throughout the world. Allogy is currently supporting an effort under Lukos (http://lukos.com/) on behalf of the Defense Health Agency (https://health.mil/dha) to develop and field Deployed Medicine (https://deployedmedicine.com/), a training platform for combat medicine. Allogy is also a SaaS R&D partner for the Jackson Health System (http://www.jacksonhealth.org/), working on clinical workflows and population health solutions.

Dr. Rogers is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and performed his doctoral research at the Institute for Simulation & Training at the University of Central Florida (UCF). His research focused on mobile software development for distributed service delivery, informatics, and humanitarian and disaster response missions. He participated in NSF sponsored research to study the application of mobile technology to crisis management in Port-au-Prince after the Haitian earthquake of 2010. Dr. Rogers also worked in East Africa managing aid & development programs, pioneering solutions to mobile adult education.

Eric Alberts is a dedicated Emergency Manager who is passionate about the field he works in and protecting those he serves. He began his career in Emergency Management in 2002. Eric has responded to emergencies of all different types and sizes to include; a Terrorist Attack, 4 Hurricanes, Tropical Systems, a Special Communicable Disease, Severe Weather, Wildfires, Multi-type vehicle accidents, Mass Casualty Incidents, etc. He is currently the Manager, Emergency Preparedness for Orlando Health, Inc. hospital system in Central Florida. A position he transitioned to in February of 2010. Orlando Health has a total of 1,710 beds within 5 hospitals (two of which are the level 1 trauma centers for adults and pediatrics), cancer center, 2 ambulatory care centers, 3 medical helicopters, numerous corporate ancillary and support facilities, and 15,000 employees.
