Kickoff Spring Social SUP

Welcome Spring 2025!

Let's redefine Stand Up Paddle (SUP) socials, bringing friends together on the water in new settings, learning or improving SUP Skills and enjoying the outdoors.

Our first social SUP this year will be at Fort Story where dolphins congregate. Does that mean we will see any? Maybe! That is part of the mystery of the seas and marine life.

Bring your own board or rent. Board/Paddle/Life jacket rentals are $25 for 2 hours.

If you bring your own board, per coast guard requirements a life jacket is required. If you do not have a life jacket, feel free to rent one of ours for $5, however if we run out then we will send you home. Your safety is our porpoise :)

There will always be a PaddleFit certified guide on FloatandFlowVA socials. PaddleFit certified coaches assist everyone in launching/landing, forward/turn strokes and are skilled in life saving on the water.
