High Tide Sunday SUP Social

 Summer is here and so is stand-up paddle season! If you are just learning to stand up paddle or looking for a good run, this social is for you!

It’s high tide at noon on Long creek that circles Bay island. This SUP offers great neighbohood site seeing, lush marsh land and open water. We can launch from behind Surfrider grill.

Board rental is the standard going rate of $35 for two hours.

We provide PaddleOn life preserver to fulfill Coast Guard requirements. There will always be a skilled PaddleFit coach on these paddles to help anyone with forward and turn strokes standing and positioning on the board falling off and getting back on and just having fun..
