Los Angeles Floor Rockers Foundation Session

We are opening up the space for our next Los Angeles Floor Rockers Foundation Session. This gathering is all about getting back to the roots of our practice, focusing on the fundamentals of floorwork, transitions, and controlled movement. Whether you have been training for years or are just beginning to find your flow, this session is meant to be a collaborative environment where we can drill patterns and share techniques in a low-pressure setting.

Our collective believes in the strength of a shared practice, so come prepared to move, sweat, and exchange ideas with other dancers in the community. We will keep the music steady and the space open for everyone to work on their craft at their own pace. If you are looking to refine your foundation or just want to connect with other local dancers, this is the perfect time to drop in.
