About us
Welcome to Flora + Fauna Experiences Meetup — a space for kind-hearted humans who love nature, animals, and plant-based living. 💚
Follow us on social! https://bio.site/floraandfaunaexperiences
This group is for anyone in the Boulder/Denver area (and beyond!) who’s looking to connect through guided hikes, vegan dinners, sanctuary visits, and community-building events centered around compassion and conscious living.
**You don't have to be vegan to be part of this group, but compassionate while you attend**
Whether you're vegan, plant-curious, an animal lover, or simply looking for aligned connection with kind people — you're welcome here.
This group is hosted by Jamie, founder of Flora + Fauna Experiences, a business dedicated to creating cruelty-free travel and event experiences that honor animals, people, and the planet.
Join us to explore, connect, and live a little more kindly — one trail, one bite, and one gathering at a time.

Join us for a meaningful day of connection, reflection, and compassionate living at Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary.
This one-day retreat brings together a community of people who care deeply about animals, the planet, and mindful living, offering the chance to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with what matters most.
Throughout the day, participants will experience:
Morning yoga and intention setting
- A conversation on veganism, environmental impact, and compassionate living
- A guided sanctuary tour and enrichment activities with the residents
- A special meet and greet with Flora and Fauna, the two rescued sheep who inspired the name of Flora + Fauna Experiences
- A shared vegan lunch and time to connect in community
- A creative reflection activity inspired by sanctuary residents
- A guided reflection circle
- A restorative outdoor sound bath
This retreat will also celebrate the one-year anniversary of Flora + Fauna Experiences and the rescue anniversary of Flora and Fauna, whose story of compassion and second chances inspired the creation of this business.
