The holidays are approaching, a time for festive gatherings, potlucks, and dinners with family, friends and colleagues. Join Keith on October 11th, 2025, in Longmont, CO, from 1:00PM to 3:00PM to learn how to make delicious plant-based appetizers and small plates to share at any event. You'll discover recipes guaranteed to impress everyone, no matter their dietary preferences.
You'll learn to make versatile sauces and dips that you can serve with bases you'll be taught to make from scratch, including homemade crackers, polenta squares, and a handheld stuffed pastry.
The class is beginner-friendly!
This class will use tree nuts, soy, gluten, and corn.
