Honeymoon Island Beach Hike

Details
Hey-o, let's go to Honeymoon Island State Park for a beach hike ~ 6mi @ ~ 2-3mph. Low Tide peak @ 842a; High Tide peak @205p.
The Park opens at 8a ($8 entry fee or pre-paid with State Park pass). Please queue early to get to the north parking lot asap.
Remember, this hike is dependent upon the tide schedule. If you're running late, find us on the beach in a group walking north; shouldn't be too hard.
The Challenge of this hike is to cross over the newish Bean Bag Pass, formed by Hurricane Idalia in 2023, and hike to the North End and back before high tide. You will get wet. Protect your valuables.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is NO Attendee limit.
There is NO NEED to sign up to hold a spot for yourself while you negotiate your intentions.
Please DO NOT RSVP until you are assured of your commitment to participate.
ALSO:
Though this is a beach walk/hike, it's not a lolly-gag event (until the end). It will be hot and you will exert energy ... so please, please, please self-evaluate your conditioning and ability to complete the hike and mitigate any medical emergencies. There may or may not be a Port'o Potty or amenities at the North Parking Lot.
BRING WATER to drink, a lunch or snack, bug-repellant, sun screen, hat, more water, etc etc. along with your adventurous happy attitude and smiles and whatever else you think you may need to survive this exploration. And, bring your beach gear to relax on the beach afterwards.
As per the management, NO GUESTS allowed; please sign up/register as a Member to participate.
May cancel upon inclement weather or lack of sufficient interest.
