You MUST be on the meetup list to hike with us, and you should be able to walk 6 miles or more. AND YOU MUST STAY WITH THE GROUP.

And I repeat this: Bring enough water for your hike. And if needed, bring sunscreen, a hat, bug repellent, and anything you need to make your hike comfortable. We will take small regular breaks.
