Developing & Estimating Agile Requirements

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming workshop on Developing & Estimating Agile Requirements, led by Charles Walstad, Managing Director at AGILEST®.

What will we do? The main goal is to develop the skills to effectively create and estimate Agile requirements. We will cover techniques for refining user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and setting realistic timelines that align with business goals. The activity will include an interactive session on creating and refining user stories, followed by exercises on backlog prioritization and timeline estimation using real-world scenarios.
