Shoot a Sunset from the roof of Clearwater Main Library

This is our 12 year offering this unique opportunity to shoot from the roof of the Clearwater Main Library. The sun sets about 5:30; we'll be allowed up to the roof about 4:45 PM. Please dress appropriately. It can sometimes be windy, even chilly up on the roof.

This is also a great opportunity to practice your panoramic photography techniques.

The library rooftop offers a great panoramic view of Clearwater Beach, inter coastal and Memorial Bridge. The 5th floor roof offers some unique views and a great opportunity to create a stunning panoramic of Clearwater Beach and Memorial Bridge. Tripods are helpful, but not mandatory. I'll be happy to give instruction on how to shoot panoramas.

Free parking is available in the library parking lot off Osceola Street. There is an overflow lot across the street from the library also on Osceola.

After the sunset, for those interested, we'll have a Meet & Greet at Downtown Pizza, just a few blocks away. They have a great menu with many appetizers and entrees (ordering food or drinks is not required.). Happy Hour runs until 6 PM and you can enjoy your favorite adult beverage at a great price.
