"The Grief You Were Never Allowed to Finish Feeling." What Body Waits to Release

You were the one who held it together. At the funeral. After the divorce. Through the loss, the change, the thing that broke everyone else. You held it together — and somewhere in the process, the grief never actually finished moving through you. It just stopped. And stayed.

Unprocessed grief doesn't disappear. It settles into the body — into the shoulders, the chest, the jaw — and quietly shapes everything from the inside. It shows up as numbness, as disconnection, as a sadness with no clear source that arrives without warning in the middle of ordinary moments.

This evening is for the people who were too strong, too needed, or too afraid to fall apart when they needed to — and whose bodies are still holding what their minds never had space to process. We'll explore what it means to carry frozen grief, and what microdosing and macrodosing plant medicine with an experienced facilitator is creating for people who are finally ready to let something move that has been still for a very long time.
