JavaScript allows you to programmatically change the document object model and make websites interactive and dynamic. Modern web applications rely heavily on JavaScript to provide a smooth and seamless user experience.

You're going to need a computer with a web browser of your choice. For example, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Then, you are also going to need a text editor or an integrated development environment (IDE). We recommend Visual Studio Code that is freely available.
