Team may carry more players at the discretion of the Captain.

Accident Insurance or any other type of health insurance is NOT and will NOT be provided by
Diva Soccer.
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the first game or there will be NO refund. Refunds are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that payment was made and it may take up to 2 weeks. There will be no refunds after the 1st game of the season has been played.
