Three Lakes WMA (Prairie Lakes Unit) 12-Miles Hike

Let's do a fun hike at a moderate pace on the figure 8 trail system. We will take breaks as needed along the way, with our main break half-way to cool down and have a snack. After the break, we will continue to the back loop of the figure 8 system, until we reach our cars.

*Let's meet at 7:00AM at the Entrance Parking Area (*27.927486, -81.124900), from there we head into the park on a dirt road to the middle of the figure 8 loop trail to park our Vehicles. We will start hiking no later than 7:20AM. Please bring plenty to drink (3 Liters), snacks, etc. to hold you over for the hike.

There is a day use fee of $3 per person or $6 per vehicle, so bring cash for the fee.

There is an option to do between 4 to 7-Mile hike with Gloria for those that don't want to hike the 12-Mile loop, but still want to enjoy the trail.
