Sunset Hike at Dupuis Wildlife Management Area 11-Mile

Let's do a fun late afternoon/early evening sunset hike on the DuPuis trail system. We will hike at a moderate pace to loop 3/4 crossover, where we will take a break to cool down and have a snack/lunch. After the break, we will hike back to our cars. It is going to be hot and physically challenging, but a lot of fun too.
**Expect to encounter overgrown vegetation, mud and standing water on this hike**
Let's meet at 4:00PM at the Governor's House ("Day Use Picnic Area"), which is about 1.5 miles straight on the dirt road after turning into Gate 1 and going past the Hunter's Check Point. Meeting place coordinates (27.000589, -80.552861). We will start hiking no later than 4:15PM and end by 9:00PM.
The hike will around 11-Mile hike of strenuous difficulty, so you know what to bring, plenty of water (3+ Liters), snacks, etc. to hold you over for a day hike.
Gloria will be doing a shorter hike to the campsite on loop 2 and back, for a total of 4 to 5-Miles.

HOW TO GET THERE:
From southeast Florida, take I-95 north to PGA Blvd.
Go west on PGA Blvd to S.R. 710 (make a right turn).
Go north for 19.5 miles to Kanner Hwy. (S.R. 76) (make a right turn).
Take S.R. 76 by making a left and head West six miles west to DuPuis.
Gate 1 will be your left. Meeting place coordinates (27.000589, -80.552861)
