Black Friday Hike - Owahee Trail 8-Miles

Let's walk some of the Turkey Dinner off and Boycott Black Friday. We will be hiking at a moderate pace on the Owahee trail for a total distance of 8-Miles.

The hike will be on a multi-use gravel trail, so wear comfortable shoes. You will definitely get your feet wet, but it will be at the end of the hike, so plan accordingly.

Let's meet at 9:30AM and start walking no later than 9:45AM. Bring plenty of water (2-Liter), snacks, a hat and anything else that you will need for the hike.

Directions:
From Florida's Turnpike, take the Okeechobee exit. Head west and turn right on Jog Road, continue straight for a little over a mile and the entrance to the park will be on your left.
