Dupuis Management Area- 5.2 mile hike on Loops 1 and 2
Details
This will be a new hiking route for Dupuis fans and a nice hike for first timers at Dupuis. We'll hike at a moderate pace, then a picnic lunch. Bring your food. I'll show you the tangerine trees. An optional 10 mile ride to Lake Okeechobee will complete our activity.
Directions: Dupuis Management Area, 23500 SW Kanner Highway (Route 76), Canal Point, FL. 33438.
Meeting Spot: Meet 9:30 AM at the picnic tables. Enter at Gate 1. Make the second left (see the road sign) to the picnic area. Park there. Bring lunch.
