Owahee Trail 8-Mile Walk

Let's do a fun walk on the Owahee Trail, by making an 8-mile loop from the parking area.

The hike will be on a multi-use gravel trail, so wear comfortable shoes. You will definitely get your feet wet, but it will be at the end of the hike, so plan accordingly.

Let's meet at 8:00AM and start walking no later than 8:15AM. Bring plenty of water (2-Liter), snacks, a hat and anything else that you will need for the hike.

Directions:
From Florida's Turnpike, take the Okeechobee exit. Head west and turn right on Jog Road, continue straight for a little over a mile and the entrance to the park will be on your left.
