Cypress Creek Natural Area 9-Mile Hike

Join Amy as we do a hike in the Cypress Creek Natural Area. Depending on the route, we will be on a gravel road part way and hiking trail on another part. We will be hiking at a moderate pace and take breaks along the way, to cool down and have a snack, so bring something to sit or lay down on during the break.

Please note that this trail can be overgrown and standing water is very possible.

Let's meet at 6:45 AM at the Cypress Creek Natural Area North Parking Lot, just west of Jupiter Farms Road on Indiantown Road. We will start hiking no later than 7:00 AM to take advantage of the cooler temperatures.

Please bring plenty of water (2 or 3 Liters), additional electrolyte drinks &/ or snacks, etc. to hold you over for the hike.
