Paddle MacArthur State Park

Details

Kayaking at MacArthur Beach State Park provides visitors with a unique experience. Depending on the season, you may see wildlife including manatees, dolphins, mullet, snook rays and a variety of birds. You can enjoy the calm kayaking waters of the park by renting a kayak or in your own canoe/kayak. With the weather being a little cooler I’m hoping we might see a manatee.

You must have a life jacket/vest with you while on the water. The park does require you wear it.
Bring water to stay hydrated. Bring a snack if you like.
High tide is at 10am. Let’s meet at 9am. I will be bringing my kayak and will be parked at the kayak ramp parking area. If you are renting, stop by and sign the release form. Myself and FTA will not be liable for any damage or injury.
We will paddle the estuary and weather permitting paddle over to munyon Island.
