Memorial Day Hike

Come join us for a Memorial Day hike in Eglin reservation on the FNST. The hike will be 6.1 miles. A permit for Eglin will not be necessary. We will meet at turkey hen creek ( see pin drop) and shuttle to RR 211. Then hike back to the creek which will require fording and for some an opportunity to hop in and cool off. Bring plenty of water and food for snacks and picnic along the way. Wear protective clothing, sunglasses, hat and sturdy closed-toed shoes. Bring mosquito and tick repellant. Walking sticks are helpful.
