Sierra Club's May 16 S.O.S events are part of a gulf-wide day of action organized by the Endangered Species Coalition, RSVP & see options here: https://www.endangered.org/marine-life-rallies/
Recent federal actions to weaken protections under the Endangered Species Act are opening the door to expanded offshore drilling. Threats to Rice’s whales and every other endangered species in the Gulf are growing every day under the Trump Administration. It’s not only marine wildlife that is at risk, but also Florida’s coastal economy, water quality, and our way of life.
Floridians have defeated offshore drilling before - and together, we can
do it again!
Bring a sign, or make one with us, and stand alongside fellow
advocates for clean water, protected wildlife, and a healthier future for
Florida!
