Show Up for Hillsborough County’s Animals 🐾 | Sept. 10 Budget Hearing

Hillsborough County’s animals need people willing to speak up or show up for them.

Florida Voices for Animals is encouraging our community to attend the first Hillsborough County Budget Public Hearing on Thursday, September 10 at 6:00 PM and show support for a long-needed new Pet Resource Center.

Advocates have been calling attention to conditions at the existing shelter and asking the County to follow through on plans for a modern facility capable of safely caring for thousands of animals each year.

This is an opportunity to show County Commissioners that animal welfare matters to Hillsborough County residents.
