How about a fun paddle kayak or sup to a deserted island, then maybe go out afterwards to Corvo Bionco, see Menu - Corvo Bianco Pizza - Pizza Restaurant in Dunedin, FL
We rent kayaks but some folks bring sups.
Join Sandy Feet Kayak Adventures on this beautiful paddle out of Hammock park ..this is an easier paddle with three options, 1, 2 or 3 miles total but keep in mind that the open waters can bring wind and currents.
There are islands that we will be stopping at for refreshments so bring something for yourself to enjoy... The kayak launch is behind the little church and Butterfly Garden by playground on the right side of the road..
