***As the Host I will arrive at 7A to help secure us a spot at shelter 11. >>>Important Info: I am hosting/guiding a Shell Key Kayak/SUPabout from 815A-130P and if any want to help secure Shelter 11 by arriving at 8A this would be great since I must leave for the Shell Key Kayak/SUP Event. See links below for info and map showing the shelter 11 area. Turn right at the stop sign then turn left on road marked The Fort.
This is an All-Day Family Fun Event Starting at 9A with many diverse activities. The Group Potluck Meet & Greet Picnic will be 2P-3P being the time we hope all RSVP Going will meetup at Shelter 11. ***If any want to help by Co-Hosting as w ALL events I create this is ALL GREAT. So much FUN Diverse Activities can be done at Ft. Desoto. Your Well Behaved Furry Family are Welcome as there is also a Dog Beach close by our Location.

Bring Yard Games:
Volleyball, Badminton, Horseshoes, Soccer and other.....
Park has Bike Trails (Bike Rentals), Kayak and Canoe Rentals, 2 Fishing Piers(no License Required), Gift Shops with Food/Drink, a Dog Beach and More. I will be bringing my Kayak and Bike!!! Use the comment section to post what you are bringing. Shelter is Large so no limit for this event.

Some Cross-Posting of events from old Florida Outdoor Experiences to there new home at Florida Experiences/Outdoor Adventures or new to old groups will happen up to mid Jan. to get all use to the new groups Focus. Starting then all events & trips will be only posted on hosting groups as described above with no cross-posting except Experiences/Outdoor Adventures being the Parent Group which will display all events & trips with links when needed to hosting group. As above in the Bold Header make sure you start checking the comments and your messages starting 4Days Prior to Events. I require ALL RSVP Going to Re-Confirm in Good Faith Going via REPLY to Message sent by 48hrs prior to event if there is a waitlist to release spots or 24hrs. prior to event if no waitlist. Re-Confirming via Message vs Comment section prevents clogging up emails notifications for comments. Thanks!!!:)
