Do you have that one creative project that’s been gathering dust at home for weeks or even months? Or do you simply feel like making something with your hands again? Then Create & Yap is the event for you!
This time, we’re getting cozy at Café nooij booij. With drinks, snacks, and creative projects, we’ll spend a relaxed evening together. You can chat, exchange ideas, meet new people, or simply get lost in your own creative flow.
Whether you bring your own project or choose one of our DIY Specials, this event isn’t about being perfect at anything. No class, no pressure – just getting creative together, trying things out, and having a really lovely time. 🧶☕✨

Remember those friendship bracelets we used to make? We’re bringing them back! Pick your favorite colors and knot your very own bracelet. Whether you keep it simple, go colorful, or try a pattern is completely up to you. And of course, we’ll show you how it’s done.

2. Ticket: Candle Decorating 🕯️🍂
Cozy season is coming! Decorate your own candles and turn them into little one-of-a-kind pieces for the coziest time of the year. With different colors and plenty of creative options, you can make them completely your own and take your two finished candles home with you at the end of the evening.

3. Ticket: Get Your Project Done 🧶🎨
Got a half-finished crochet project lying around? Has your sketchbook been waiting for you for weeks? Or maybe there’s another creative project you just can’t find the motivation to work on by yourself? Pack it up and bring it along. After all, getting things done is so much more fun together.

### What to expect:

Creative Flow: Time and space to finally make something with your hands again.
Cozy Vibes & Community: Get comfortable at nooij booij, meet new people, have a chat, or simply enjoy working on your project at your own pace.
DIY Without Pressure: No previous experience needed. For our DIY Specials, we’ll provide everything you need so you can jump right in.
Snacks & Drinks: Water and snacks are included in your ticket. If you’d like something extra, such as fresh mint tea or lemonade, you can order additional drinks directly from the café. ☕✨

Language: English will be our main language for the event, but don’t worry about speaking perfect English (or German!). Everyone is welcome, whether you’re an international, a German speaker, or somewhere in between. From our experience, it usually turns into a fun mix of English and German anyway. 😊

Du hast Lust auf einen gemeinsamen Boulderabend, neue Leute und eine entspannte Runde abseits des üblichen Alltags? Vielleicht suchst du ja auch noch jemanden, mit dem du regelmäßig bouldern gehen kannst, oder sogar eine neue Boulder-Truppe? Dann bist du bei Chalk & Chat genau richtig!
Egal, ob du regelmäßig an der Wand hängst oder noch nie gebouldert hast: Hier geht es nicht darum, wer die schwierigste Route schafft, sondern darum, gemeinsam Spaß zu haben, sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen und neue Kontakte zu knüpfen.
Wir starten mit einem lockeren Kennenlernen und gehen dann gemeinsam an die Boulderwände. Beim Boulder-Bingo warten verschiedene kleine Challenges auf euch, die euch spielerisch miteinander ins Gespräch bringen und für jede Menge gemeinsame Boulder-Momente sorgen.
Mit dabei ist Boulder-Trainerin Kim, die euch durch den Abend begleitet und ganz nebenbei hilfreiche Tipps und Tricks für eure Bouldertechnik mitgibt.
Wer mag, lässt den Abend anschließend bei einem gemütlichen Drink und netten Gesprächen ausklingen.

### Was dich erwartet:

• Gemeinsam bouldern: In lockerer Runde neue Leute kennenlernen und zusammen an den Wänden tüfteln.
• Boulder-Bingo: Kleine Challenges, die für Abwechslung sorgen und euch miteinander connecten.
• Tipps & Tricks: Boulder-Trainerin Kim begleitet euch und unterstützt euch mit individuellen Tipps.
• Entspannter Ausklang: Nach dem Bouldern ist Zeit für Drinks, Gespräche und neue Kontakte.

### Gut zu wissen:

Für alle Teilnehmenden gibt es einen vergünstigten Halleneintritt für nur 12 € inklusive Leihschuhen (statt regulär 14 €). Dieser wird zusätzlich zum Eventticket direkt vor Ort bezahlt.
Falls du bereits eine Hallenmitgliedschaft oder ein Sport-App-Abo hast, kannst du dieses selbstverständlich nutzen, sofern es in der Boulderhalle akzeptiert wird.
Für den gemeinsamen Ausklang kannst du dir vor Ort gerne noch ein Getränk auf eigene Kosten gönnen.

• Eigene Boulderschuhe, falls vorhanden
• Lust auf Bewegung und neue Begegnungen!

Keine Vorerfahrung nötig! Egal, ob du zum ersten Mal an der Wand stehst oder schon regelmäßig boulderst: Alle Levels sind willkommen. Vielleicht findest du hier sogar deine neue Boulder-Crew!

Fancy an evening of bouldering, meeting new people and hanging out in a relaxed atmosphere? Maybe you're looking for someone to go bouldering with regularly or even a new bouldering crew? Then Chalk & Chat is just the place for you!
Whether you're a regular at the climbing gym or have never tried bouldering before, this evening isn't about who can climb the hardest route. It's all about having fun together, supporting each other and making new connections.
We'll kick things off with a relaxed introduction before heading to the bouldering walls together. During our Boulder Bingo, you'll take on fun little challenges designed to break the ice, get you chatting and create some great moments together.
Bouldering coach Kim will be there to guide you through the evening, share helpful tips and tricks and support you with your climbing technique along the way.
And if you feel like sticking around afterwards, we'll wrap up the evening with some drinks and good conversations.

### What to expect:

• Bouldering together: Meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere and work on bouldering problems together.
• Boulder Bingo: Fun little challenges to break the ice, mix things up and help you connect with others.
• Tips & tricks: Bouldering coach Kim will be there to support you and share individual tips.
• Relaxed hangout: Stay for drinks, good conversations and new connections after bouldering.

### Good to know:

All participants get a discounted gym entry for just €12, including rental shoes (instead of the regular €14). This is paid separately at the gym and is not included in the event ticket.
If you already have a gym membership or a sports app subscription, you're welcome to use it as long as it's accepted by the bouldering gym.
Feel free to grab a drink afterwards at your own expense and hang out with the group.
Language: The event will be hosted in German, but all instructions and activities can also be explained in English. Everyone is welcome, and we're happy to switch to English for conversations, so don't worry if you don't speak German!

Du möchtest Tennis ausprobieren oder spielst bereits und suchst neue Leute, mit denen du zukünftig auf dem Platz stehen kannst? Bei Tennis & Connect geht es um beides: gemeinsam Tennis spielen und neue Kontakte knüpfen.
Du kannst super alleine kommen, genauso gut aber auch Freunde mitbringen. Durch die wechselnden Teams lernst du so oder so neue Leute auf dem Platz kennen.
Zum Start gibt es ein 30-minütiges Tennis-Intro mit einfachen Basics und Übungen. Du brauchst also keine Vorerfahrung. Danach geht es in ein 90-minütiges Spaßturnier im Doppel. Teams und Spielpartner wechseln regelmäßig, sodass du mit unterschiedlichen Leuten auf dem Platz stehst.
Dabei geht es nicht darum, wer am besten spielt, sondern um Spaß, Bewegung und gemeinsames Kennenlernen.
Nach dem Turnier bleiben wir zum Open End & Connect zusammen. Snacks und alkoholfreie Drinks stehen während des gesamten Events bereit.

Want to try tennis or already play and looking for new people to hit the court with? Tennis & Connect is all about both: playing tennis and meeting new people.
You can absolutely come on your own, but you’re also welcome to bring friends. With changing teams throughout the event, you’ll meet and play with different people either way.
We’ll start with a 30-minute tennis intro covering some easy basics and exercises, so no previous experience is needed. After that, we’ll move into a 90-minute fun doubles tournament. Teams and playing partners will change regularly, giving you the chance to play with different people.
It’s not about who plays best. It’s about having fun, getting active and connecting with others.
After the tournament, we’ll stay for an Open End & Connect. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available throughout the event.
