About Beginner Hula Hoop:
In this class, the hula hoop becomes a tool for expression, play, and connection. You’ll learn beginner-friendly tricks while also exploring how to move freely with the music and whatever is alive within you. Step by step, technique and intuition come together in a choreography you will make guided by Odile, adding your own style, feeling, and flow. It’s something you can take home and continue exploring in your own way. The space is open, safe, and without judgment, only support. Odile guides you while moving alongside you, helping you connect with both the hoop and yourself. By the end, you’ll have a foundation of hoop techniques and a personal choreo to keep playing with.

For whom is this class?
This class is for anyone who feels curious about moving with a hula hoop; especially if you’re a complete beginner. In fact, the less you already know, the easier it is to explore freely, without habits or routines holding you back. It’s a good fit if you want to learn how to dance with a hoop in a way that feels natural and expressive. You’ll pick up some basic techniques and tricks, but more importantly, you’ll learn how to use them to find your own flow, your own rhythm, and your own way of moving.

This class is not about doing things perfectly. It’s about being open. Open to trying something new, to moving differently, and to creating a safe and supportive space together.
