**What is Flow & Bloom?**
This in-person event *for adults* is designed to *make you laugh, move, breathe deeply, meditate, engage in conversation, and dance*. By the end of the workshop, we will *leave you glowing like a million stars!*

**What do you need to know?**

* **Please bring a mat**, a bottle of water, but most importantly, bring your childlike energy, curiosity, wonder, excitement, and your big, beautiful heart!
* Shoes are not allowed once inside the studio. Please bring a shoe bag, and place it on the mats provided inside/in front of the studio

**Check-in & check-out**

* **Please arrive 10 minutes early,** and I will receive you at the reception
* You will be asked to sign in at the reception upon arrival
* We will ride the elevator to the **7th floor** to the **Mirna Zagar Studio** studio
* If you arrive earlier, you may sign in and wait in the **dancer's lounge on Level 5**
* Entry to the studio is allowed only 5 minutes before the event
* At the time of leaving, you will be required to sign out at the reception

Rahul has spent 14 years in the Information Technology Industry working with Deloitte, Apple and Amazon. He is passionate about engaging people, and he has organized and hosted office events for diverse audiences. After engaging tens of thousands of people from diverse backgrounds worldwide, Rahul believes anyone can master the art of conversation - all it takes is a little courage, curiosity, and willingness to talk. Rahul is passionate about forming human connections, and he believes that these connections are just one small conversation away.

**In 2022, Rahul attended a 3-month-long training in peak performance, optimal psychology and leadership in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environments**. Since then, he has been passionate about health and wellness, and through his own life experiences, he has cultivated a passion for healing, therapy, connection and community. **At Flow & Bloom, Rahul has combined various disciplines from laughter, sound healing, breathwork, chakra healing movements, guided meditation, aroma, dance and conversation that he has practiced for the last 3 years, to help people achieve coherence between their heart rates, brain waves and breath, and regulate their nervous system to find balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems**. Rahul deeply empathizes with the challenges of being an immigrant or an outsider, and the complex and multifaceted struggle of building social capital in Vancouver.
