Flow with awareness. Feel into your body. Connect with yourself and with others.
"Flow, Feel & Connect – Yoga with Nika" is a welcoming yoga and community space in Barcelona for people of all levels who want to move with awareness, feel into their bodies and connect, both with themselves and with others.
You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga, flexibility grows naturally when you show up and practice with presence.
The classes focus on alignment, mindful flow and embodiment, offering a safe and supportive environment where you can tune in to your body exactly as it is on any given day.
We keep groups small (around 10 people max) to create a more personal, grounded experience. After class, there’s space to connect, a short chat, sometimes a coffee or a drink, because humans are social beings and community is where we find belonging.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome here.

This class is Hatha & Vinyasa inspired, with a focus on alignment, awareness, and embodied flow. You’re invited to move at your own pace, connect with your breath and your body to begin the day in a grounded and present way.
All levels are welcome.After class, there will be time to connect over a coffee/drink at Right Side Coffee Bar (just a 4min walk away) before everyone continues into their day.
