Flow Fitness is a high energy Latin dance class designed to improve cardio, flexibility, and core strength while keeping your mind engaged with new choreographies each session. Join us as we explore various Latin music genres and dance styles that will get you moving! We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to participate.

Saturday, 10:30am-11:30am (please arrive at 10:15 to check in)
